Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Sportlink you confirm that you have read, understood and accept these terms, as well as our Privacy Policy. If you use the platform on behalf of a club or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.

Service description

Sportlink is a platform that lets athletes book slots at sports venues and lets clubs and administrators manage courts, schedules, payments and communication with their customers. We act as a technology intermediary; delivery of the sports service is the responsibility of each club or administrator.

Registration and account

• You must provide truthful, complete and up-to-date information when registering.
• You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity carried out with your account.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Acceptable use

When using the platform you agree not to:

• Use the service for unlawful or unauthorized purposes.
• Impersonate any other person or entity.
• Interfere with the operation of the platform or attempt unauthorized access.
• Post offensive or defamatory content or content that infringes third-party rights.

Bookings, payments and cancellations

• Bookings are subject to availability and to the conditions set by each club or administrator.
• Payments are processed through third-party providers; by paying you also accept their conditions.
• Cancellation and refund policies are set by each club or administrator and shown at the time of booking.
• We may hold or refund payments in cases of error, fraud or breach of these terms.

User content

You retain ownership of the content you upload (for example, photos or messages). You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host and display that content for the purpose of providing the service. You are responsible for having the necessary rights over the content you post.

Intellectual property

The platform, its brand, design, software and other materials are owned by Sportlink or its licensors and are protected by applicable law. You may not copy, modify or distribute them without authorization.

Service availability and changes

We strive to keep the platform continuously available, but we do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may modify, suspend or discontinue features at any time, aiming to minimize the impact on users.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sportlink will not be liable for indirect or incidental damages or lost profits arising from the use of, or inability to use, the platform. We are not responsible for the quality, safety or compliance of the sports services provided by clubs or administrators.

Indemnification

You agree to hold Sportlink harmless against third-party claims arising from your misuse of the platform or your breach of these terms.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close your account if you breach these terms or if your activity poses a risk to the platform or to other users. You can close your account at any time from settings or by requesting it from support.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent ordinary courts of the City of Buenos Aires, unless a mandatory rule provides otherwise.

Changes to the terms

We may update these terms when necessary. We will publish the current version on this page and notify you of significant changes. Continued use of the platform implies acceptance of the updated terms.
